Aiken Will Modernize Design of Mud Valves for Onshore, Offshore Drilling

 An oilfield equipment manufacturer has engaged  Aiken to modernize the design of mud valves used for onshore and offshore drilling rigs. In particular, Aiken will focus on improving the high and low pressure sealing performance of the valve.  The client will complete all verification testing, and Aiken will provide its expertise during prototype testing. It’s anticipated that Aiken will also provide its expertise during development of the molds, dies and tooling for manufacturing, assembly and testing.
